Privacy Policy
The short version: if you reserve a spot, we keep your email and what you picked, so we can tell you when the first batch is ready. We don’t sell your information. You can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

When you place an order in the future, we will also need your name, shipping address and payment details. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We don’t store full card numbers. We’ll update this page before orders open.
Our server and our email tool also see technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which is normal when you visit any website.
Who we share it with
- Klaviyo, the email service that stores the list and sends our emails.
- Our website host (Vercel).
- Later, for orders: our payment provider, our shipping carrier and our manufacturer or warehouse, only what they need to do their job.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for other companies’ advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your waiting-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@unwrappops.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
- Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights, such as knowing what we collect and opting out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share your information, and we’ll honor any valid request.
Adults only
Unwrap is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and keep access limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We’ll post any update here and change the date at the top. For important changes we’ll email you.
